Modibodi underwear are super absorbent and hold an incredible 10-20 ml of fluid depending on the absorbency you choose, making them suitable to be worn on their own for:
- periods
- light bladder leaks
- heavy discharge

1. Period and Pee Proof Undies:
The super-slim 3mm gusset is made with Modifier Technology™ material which can hold a mighty 20ml (2 tampon’s worth) of fluid.

The top layer quickly wicks away moisture, fights bacteria and stops smells, so you stay dry and fresh
The middle layer safely absorbs fluid and locks it away (5-20mls depending on the flow you go with)
The bottom layer is extra waterproof protection, so you’re super secure and sassy as always.
2. Period and pee friendly swimwear:
Modibodi’s patented Modifier Swim Technology™ means your togs dry fast and can hold up to 10ml (1 tampon’s worth) of fluid.

The bottom layer is extra waterproof, with water repellent fabric which dries 3 times faster than any other togs on the market
Four Different Absorbencies to Suit Your Flow:
Light to Moderate Absorbency
-10ml = 1-1½ tampons or 1-2 teaspoons.
-Use alone on light-medium period days, as back up to a menstrual cup on heavy period days, for sneaky leaks and heavy discharge
Moderate to Heavy Absorbency
-15ml = 1½ - 2 tampons or 2 teaspoons.
-Use alone on heavy period days or overnight or sneaky wee leaks and heavy discharge
Heavy/ Overnight Absorbency
-20ml = 2 tampons or 3 teaspoons.
-Use alone on heavy period days or overnight, or for those slightly heavier wee leaks. Great for back sleepers as the gusset goes all the way to the back waistband.
Maxi 24HR Absorbency
-50ml = 10 tampons or 10 teaspoons.
-Use alone on very heavy period days or overnight, or for those slightly heavier wee leaks and front sleepers who require the gusset all the way from front to back.

Bloody Brilliant
Bought 4 pairs of period underwear for my 11 year old who has recently got her period. After using pads for 3 cycles she tried the underwear and she was just so happy.
