Classic Full Brief - Heavy/Super Overnight absorbency (sizes 10-26): Using alone on heavy period days, or overnight for protecting your clean sheets, these hold a mighty 20mL = 3-4 tampons or 4 teaspoons. (NB: this absorbency is transitioning to "Super-Overnight" some sizes will transition before others (sizes that have transitioned so far: 16, 24,26)
