Sensual Hi Waist Bikini - Moderate Absorbency: The perfect everyday in-between/ moderate absorbency these hold 15ml/ 2-3 tampons (3 teaspoons) worth of fluid without leaking, ideal for moderate period flow days and moderate bladder leaks.

Sensual Hi Waist Bikini - Super/Heavy-Overnight Absorbency: Amazingly these hold 20ml/ 3-4 tampons (4 teaspoons) worth of fluid without leaking. They still use the super slim natural fabrics so you don't feel bulky. Great for heavy days or overnight and also as a work-out underpant for bladder leakage! 

NB: This absorbency is transitioning to "Super-Overnight" (40ml) some sizes will be transition before others.
