Shipping is from our Christchurch warehouse.
Orders are usually packed within 24 hours of receiving the order (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders are packed on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (excluding public holidays) then posted within 2-4 working days using New Zealand Post overnight service. Overnight service means that your parcel will be delivered between 9am-5pm on the next business day after the parcel has been dispatched. Rural areas may take an extra 1-3 working days. Generally, there are no parcels delivered by NZ post on Saturdays (depends on local contractor). If for some reason an order cannot be posted within that time, you will be contacted on the email address you provided at checkout.
If you require your order more urgently, please phone us on 027 393 6255 as we can often dispatch the same day if requested.
We provide FREE SHIPPING for all orders $60 or more in total, sent to addresses in New Zealand (woo hoo!!). Otherwise a flat-rate of $7 (within NZ) will be applied. All orders are sent via CourierPost/ New Zealand Post. The delivery time within New Zealand is usually 1-3 working days for main cities please allow an extra few days for rural Delivery. Orders of multiple products will be combined for most efficient packaging and postage charges will be adjusted on your account. You will be notified by email of any charge adjustments. Orders over $100 in value or requiring an A4 courier bag or larger will require a signature upon delivery.
Partial shipments will generally not be delivered. If the order includes products that are out of stock momentarily, the order will be posted when all the products are available. You will be notified about this within 24 hours of placing your order by email.
Should any issues arise with the delivery time, we’ll contact you by phone or e-mail. We will not cover the cost of resending the package, if the address provided by the customer is incorrect.
A package that has not been picked up by the customer from the post office and is returned to sender is always considered returned goods. We do not resend returned packages.
Please inspect the package when picking it up. If the package or products have been damaged during transportation, make a damage report immediately in the post office. Then contact us. Please note that failing to pick-up the package from the pick-up point is not the same as cancelling the order. For unclaimed packages a separate fee may be charged.
Flat rate shipping costs $7 NZD will be added to your order if the total is $59.99 or less. Please note that the shipping cost does not include possible custom fees.
International Shipping is via NZ Post and is Non-Tracked. $26 per order. If the parcel cannot be shipped internationally for whatever reason, then your order will be refunded. Buyer takes all risk as this International Shipping is not tracked. International economy tracked service is $34 using New Zealand Post and the country's forwarding carrier.
