An order can be placed directly in the e-store through the shopping-cart. If there is a problem with anything (e.g. payment) items can be ordered through e-mail email@example.com or by phone: 027 393 6255 during business hours. The order will be processed once the payment is received.
Terms of payment and prices
In the e-store payments are made through the secure Shopify Payment Gateway with most common credit cards (Visa, Mastercad, Amex) all being accepted. Other payment methods include paypal, afterpay and bank deposit.
Orders are handled within 48hrs and posted 2-4 Business Days after placing the order. If for some reason an order cannot be posted within that time, you will be contacted on the email address you provided at checkout.
We provide FREE SHIPPING for all orders over NZD$60 sent to addresses in New Zealand. Orders less than this are charged a NZD$7 flat fee. All orders are sent via New Zealand Post. We use the overnight service, which means that most orders will be received the next business day after it is collected by the courier. However from time to time, for reasons out of our control, the delivery time within New Zealand can be 3-10 working days for main cities but can be up to 2 weeks depending on the rural services. Orders of multiple products will be combined for most efficient packaging and postage charges will be adjusted on your account account. You will be notified by email of any charge adjustments. Please check your tracking details regularly, these can be found in the email that is sent to you once the NZ Post courier sticker has been generated.
Partial shipments will generally not be delivered. If the order includes products that are out of stock momentarily, the order will be posted when all the products are available. You will be notified about this within 24hrs of placing your order by email.
If you receive incorrect products please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include a contact number. You may also return your new, unused merchandise, in all original and intact packaging within 14 days of purchase for a refund by contacting email@example.com
Used products cannot be returned, no exceptions. All our items undergo rigorous quality control. If for some reason you receive a faulty item please contact the Manufacture at firstname.lastname@example.org - they can replace faulty products and discuss a solution for you. Returns are fully inspected to verify our terms have been met. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our terms. Original and return shipping and handling fees are non refundable unless a wrong item or defective product was received. Using a menstrual cup can be a leap of faith as it is quite a different concept to the disposables you may be used to. We recommend you allow at least 3 menstrual cycles to become familiar with insertion, removal and the general use of a menstrual cup.
A Lunette menstrual cup may not be the menstrual solution for everyone. You will not be provided with a refund if you purchase a menstrual cup and find it is not working for you. Our 'How to' section on the information website www.lunette.co.nz provides lots of hints and tips to help you become a Lunette pro. You can also email us at email@example.com any specific questions not answered or found on the website. As with any medical item that you are using in or on your body, if you have any doubts about the suitability of a menstrual cup for your individual circumstances you should seek advice from your GP or health professional.
